Alaskan Road Truckers — Steam Launch Marketing for a PC Game
Multi-channel publishing campaign for a flagship simulation launch.

Alaskan Road Truckers is a PC game on Steam that combines truck simulation with survival elements and the experience of life as a driver on demanding Alaskan routes. This project is part of Michał Obłoj’s previous professional experience as Product Marketing Manager at Green Man Gaming Publishing. The scope included communication around the game’s launch, influencer cooperation, PR coordination, presence at industry events, and community management on Discord and Steam.

Communication Strategy
Preparing the communication direction before launch, during the release window, and after launch. The messaging highlighted the difference between a classic truck simulator and a game where players also experience life outside the vehicle.
Influencer Marketing
Creator selection and cooperation through Lurkit, as well as maintaining relationships with selected influencers. The goal was to increase the game’s visibility and reach players interested in simulators, survival games, and PC titles.
PR and Event Management
Coordination of PR activities and the game’s presence at industry events, including Gamescom 2023 and PGA 2023. The scope supported the game’s visibility among media, players, and industry partners.
Community Management
Communication with the community on Discord and Steam, especially during the launch period. Activities included responding to questions, reinforcing product messaging, and passing feedback to the team.
Performance Marketing
Coordination of paid activities across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, supporting visibility and traffic to sales platforms.
